Your project. Your privacy.

Project and contact information

Horus Glassworks uses the contact details, preferences, bathroom photos, concepts and project information you submit to review your request, arrange measurements, prepare your glass order and communicate with you. Project records are available in the protected owner workspace. Your project number and matching email are needed to access guest tracking; keep them private.

Photos and camera

The camera opens only when you choose to use it and grant permission. Photos stay in your browser while you work on a concept and are uploaded with your project submission. Preview images carry a Horus watermark. Avoid including people or personal documents in bathroom photos.

AI design concepts and augmented reality

When Horus prepares an AI design concept, your bathroom photo and selected glass design may be processed by OpenAI together with examples of Horus installations. Customer names, phone numbers and addresses are not included in the rendering request. AI concepts are visual proposals, reviewed by Horus before appearing in your private project tracker. They are not scans, verified measurements or guarantees of the final result. AR uses camera access only after you start it and follows your device’s permissions. This website does not access iPhone LiDAR depth data. Contact Horus if you prefer a design review without AI photo processing.

Feedback and Google reviews

Order-linked feedback stays private unless you select permission to publish it. Public Horus feedback cards omit your name, email, phone, street address and order number. A town is shown only if you explicitly choose to share it. Please leave identifying details out of review text. Horus checks feedback for personal details before publication. You can resubmit feedback through the project tracker to change your sharing choice, or contact us to request removal.

When you open the Google review link through your order, we record the click privately against your order. We do not send your order number or contact details to Google, and the click does not tell us whether you posted a review. Reviews on Google follow Google's rules and may display your public Google profile. When Google review integration is connected, the site displays Google-supplied reviews with their required public author attribution; these are not linked publicly to private Horus orders. Google's Privacy Policy applies to Google services.

Assigned crews and job records

Assigned installers and helpers can access the customer contact details, site address, glass specifications, job photos and instructions needed for their visits. Crew accounts see only their assigned jobs and their own pay records. Owners can review clock records, job activity, quality checks and approved bonuses. Team comments and worker location coordinates are not shown in customer tracking.

Crew members can choose to attach their current device location to an update. The browser asks for permission; the site does not continuously track workers. Job records retain server timestamps, the site address and any shared coordinates with the device’s reported accuracy. Dispatch maps and navigation use Google Maps or Apple Maps; those services receive the addresses used for routing.

Horus Circle referrals

Referrers apply using a signed-in account and provide their name, contact details, mailing address and preferred payment contact. The owner must approve registration before a code is activated. Only the chosen public introduction name is displayed on referral links. Full contact information and the commission ledger are restricted to the owner and, for their own profile and rewards, the signed-in referrer. When you open a referral link, its code is kept in your current browser-tab session so it remains available while you browse. You can remove it in the quote form. Referral codes or names submitted with a project are recorded with that order. Future orders with the same customer email can inherit an approved referral for owner review. Referrers see anonymous project progress and their reward amounts, not customer contact details, photos or payment credentials. Referral and payment history is retained for business records. Contact Horus to correct attribution or request access to your data; do not enter bank credentials or tax IDs in referral forms.

Optional analytics

Optional analytics run only after you allow them. They count visits, call-button clicks, submitted messages and project requests using a browser-session identifier and broad referral category. Our anonymous visit records are kept for 90 days. Google Analytics, when connected, uses cookies. We do not send customer contact details, bathroom photos or order details to analytics. Change your choice using Privacy preferences on the homepage or service-area pages.

Service providers and requests

Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site. Email and payment providers process relevant information when those integrations are enabled. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider. Horus retains project information for customer service and business records. For access, corrections or removal requests, email HorusRetails@gmail.com or call (401) 347-6390.
